The register covers four things: the terms on which this website and the firm’s published material may be used, how personal data is handled, the controls applied to financial crime risk, and the standards of conduct the firm holds itself to. It is published so that a counterparty can read our position before speaking to us rather than after.
The register is not the contract for any particular piece of work. Engagement-specific terms — scope, deliverables, fees, liability, confidentiality and governing law for a named mandate — are issued separately in an engagement letter and prevail over anything published here to the extent of any inconsistency.
Every document carries a reference and a version date. Where a policy is revised, the version date changes and the superseded text is withdrawn from publication. Questions about any document in this register, including requests made under data protection law, should be raised through the enquiry form. The firm does not publish direct contact details.
Counts are drawn directly from the register below and change with it.
Three routes that are used most often.
Raising a concern
Data protection requests
Complaints
Whichever route applies, the enquiry form is the correct starting point. Correspondence is directed internally to the person responsible for the relevant policy, and the acknowledgement timelines set out in the individual documents apply from the date of receipt.
Questions about anything in this register
